Smallcraft is an independent software workshop operated by Deegan ("we," "us," "our"). We sell Mac application subscriptions directly to customers through this website.
When you subscribe, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Mac application on your personal computers for the duration of your active subscription. You are not purchasing ownership of the software — you are licensing the right to use it.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to download the app until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, download links will no longer work. Any copy of the app you've already downloaded may continue to function but will not receive updates.
Please see our Refund Policy. We offer refunds within 7 days of the initial purchase if the app does not function as described on a supported macOS version.

We may update, modify, or discontinue apps at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain functionality for active subscribers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smallcraft's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
