Refund Policy

Effective: May 16, 2026
Short version: If an app doesn't work as described on your supported Mac and we can't fix it within 7 days of your first purchase, you get a full refund. No questions asked within that window.

Our guarantee

We want you to love what you buy. If something doesn't work as advertised, tell us and we'll make it right — either by fixing it fast or refunding you in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@smallcraft.app with:

  • Your Stripe customer ID or the email address on your receipt
  • Which app and what's not working
  • Your macOS version and Mac model

We'll reply within one business day. If we can't fix the issue within 7 days, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

We don't refund renewal charges if you forgot to cancel. To avoid future charges, cancel via the billing portal link in any receipt email before your renewal date. The renewal date is shown on your subscriptions page.
