We'll reply within one business day. If we can't fix the issue within 7 days, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We don't refund renewal charges if you forgot to cancel. To avoid future charges, cancel via the billing portal link in any receipt email before your renewal date. The renewal date is shown on your subscriptions page.
